Exclusively made for applications on heavy traffic roads, National Highways & highly used concrete surfaces. It is highly durable and long lasting which in turn minimizes the maintenance cost. Thermoplastic material is 100% solid, Environmental and user friendly. It contains Pigments, Glass beads, binders and fillers which transform into liquid when heated. In liquid form, the thermoplastic may be applied using standard industry applicators. Furthermore, Intermix and drop on glass beads provide retro reflectivity for night time visibility of the pavement marker.

Routine Analytical Tests

Analytical tests of our products are conducted in our in-house Lab. They take into consideration certain crucial aspects pertaining to the quality of our product like Heating Point, Melting Point, Flow Test, Drying Time, Drop on Test of Glass Beads with bonding property of Prismo Thermoplastic paint and Skid Resistance.
We house a retro-reflectometer – an optoelectronic instrument that translates the human visual perception to numbers. This in house machine helps us in analytical tests which we conduct at regular intervals to ensure the best quality products. It also facilitates measuring of retro-reflection properties of road markings.
